The Animal Crossing Black Market Is Already In Full Swing

Having trouble working during the slowdown caused by Covid-19? It looks like now is a great time to become a black-market dealer for highly coveted items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. A quick search online reveals that several sights have listing for in-game items that can be purchased with real money, including on eBay.

The listings reveal a wide range of items, including Gold Nuggets and DIY recipes for Golden tools. In all seriousness, this is activity that should be avoided at all costs, both as a potential proprietor and a buyer. This is because the only way that many of these listings are able to produce such enormous amounts of rare items is through exploiting the game, which is sure to be seen by Nintendo as something that needs to be dealt with quickly and harshly.

As a result, it would not be surprising for Nintendo to begin tracking players who are trading with strangers in large amounts, especially for rare goods. Not only is it reasonable to assume that these players will be banned, but the goods sold and players who made a purchase could be disciplined as well.

The best move is to avoid these cheaters altogether and given that the developers basically do not mind time-traveling, that should be more than enough of an advantage for most players.

Black Desert Mobile: The Versatile Dark Knight Class Is Now Available

In keeping with the mandate to make Black Desert Mobile as fleshed out as its PC and console counterparts, Pearl Abyss has released the Dark Knight class. Among the most popular classes in the game, the Dark Knight is a constant source of high damage, using a massive two-handed Kriegsmesser to strike while bombarding opponents with a stream of dark magic.

The popular class has been long-awaited since the mobile version of the game launched last year. For those who may not be familiar with the class and are only playing for the first time on the mobile platform, the Dark Knight is often compared to the Sorceress class in playstyle — high mobility, strong AoE, and the ability to quickly to clear groups of enemies.

There have also been improvements made across the UI interface and for balance. Auto questing has been improved for all characters, allowing them to progress automatically up to and including the further point reached by a main character. Portuguese has been added as an officially support language, with more still on the way.

Players should click here to review the finer points of the balance changes made, since the list is long and affect three distinct classes. Finally, the Friend Referral Event/Gathering of Friends Event is now live, along with the Dark Knight Level up Event and Art Puzzle Event.

Black Ops III Was The Best-Selling Call Of Duty On Consoles

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is the top-selling game in the franchise on current consoles. According to new figures, the franchise itself has managed to hit 60.5 million units sold between the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. This figure is sure to increase once the new Call of Duty: Warzone is factored in.

The first Call of Duty game was designed by Infinity Ward, and came out in 2003 for PC. What started out as a World War II shooter grew with each installment. Since then the franchise has become famous for its Modern Warfare and Black Ops titles, as well as  the future-based Advanced Warfare and Infinite Warfare titles. Despite the game’s ups and downs, it has continued to be a top seller and graces both the PS4 and Xbox One’s lists for best selling games of this generation.

League of Betting has compiled a top ten list of best selling games for each console and unsurprisingly, Call of Duty features heavily. Three out of the top-selling PS4 games are from the franchise. On the top ten Xbox one list, there are four Call of Duty entries.

The best-selling game of all time on the PS4 is Grand Theft Auto V, followed by Black Ops 3 with over 15 million in sales since it’s 2015 release. In fourth place is COD: WWII with 13.4 million copies sold since its November 2017 release. Infinite Warfare sits in ninth place with 8.48 million units sold since its November 2016 release.

Grand Theft Auto V also tops the Xbox One’s best selling list, followed by Black Ops 3 with 7.37 million copies sold. COD WWII is the third on the list with 6.23 million units sold. In sixth place is Advanced Warfare with 5.22 million copies sold, and in tenth place is Infinite Warfare with 4.79 copies sold.

This means that Call of Duty is the best selling franchise on both consoles in total sales with Black Ops 3 being the second most popular game. Call of Duty generally releases games more regularly than many other franchises but the figures speak for themselves and a franchise like Assassins Creed didn’t make either of the lists.

Call of Duty has continued its fine run of form with the latest Modern Warfare and Warzone battle royale. It won’t be surprising to see it creeping onto these lists in the future.

Black^ and Xuan out of T1

The greatest League of Legends organization of all times, T1 is struggling to find success in Dota 2. After they rotated several players before finally announcing a full roster only two weeks ago, T1 is once again two players short.

T1 has recently participated in the ESL One Los Angeles Major regional qualifiers but weren’t able to make it through the open brackets. This past weekend they got knocked out in the third place in the Indonesia qualifiers for ONE Esports Jakarta Invitational. The organization hasn’t made any official announcement following the two recent disappointing results, but on Valve’s majors registration list both Dominik “Black^” Reitmeier and Yixaun “xuan” Guo got removed from the roster.

Black^ and Xuan were officially announced as part of the team at the beginning of March when T1 revealed their full roster and announced their three times Worlds Champion coach Choi “cCarter” Byoung-hoon joining the Dota 2 team as head coach.

T1 current roster:

  • Muhammad “inYourdreaM” Rizky
  • Lee “Forev” Sang-don
  • Tri “Jhocam” Kuncoro

With the Dota Pro Circuit currently on pause as the fourth Minor and Major tournaments got cancelled, T1 might have plenty of time to tinker once again with their line-up before having the chance to compete again. As of now, Valve hasn’t made a final decision regarding the last set of DPC tournaments which are scheduled for the month of June 2020.
