Ghost Recon Breakpoint Error Mountain 00016: How to fix Ubisoft PS4 Server Error

Ghost Recon Breakpoint fans have been experiencing a frustrating afternoon with the game seemingly not working for players on PS4.

Problems for the game first began at around 3pm earlier today with reports increasing throughout the afternoon.

It appears most users are seeing an error message when logging in, which reads:

"An unexpected error has occurred. MOUNTAIN-00016"

Eventually, Ubisoft acknowledged the issues at around 8.30pm BST writing:

"Hello, Ghosts! We're aware of an issue currently affecting player's connectivity on PS4 and are working towards resolving this. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Please be sure to check this thread for future updates. Thank you!"

Now players might be thinking, what is error code 'Mountain 00016' and how can it be fixed?

Unfortunately, it's not something players can do much about, at least based on the support page on Ubisoft's official website.

Here's what it says:

It's been over 3 hours but unfortunately, Ubisoft has not given any further details on when the error will be fixed or indeed how much longer it may take to fix.

Players are still encountering the issue with the game and for the time being it doesn't look like there's any end in sight for the games connectivity issues.
