Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Update adds Ezio Roman Set to the game in 1.5.3 patch

Assassin's Creed Odyssey just dropped a new update this morning and with it the game has, of course, made a few bug fixes to the popular instalment released back in 2018.

But, as well as fixing things, the game has also added an all-new item pack to the game which the development team has been working on: The Ezio Roman Set!

For now, the developers have also provided a sneak peek, which you can see above, but in the coming days they'll provide more details, such as availability and unlock conditions..

This update, v1.5.3, is available for all players on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

But there is, of course, a small download which you might have to deploy before you next play the game.

On PS4, it's 4GB in size, Xbox One users need only 3.8GB whilst PC players require 4.1GB of space.

So it's not exactly big by any stretch.

In addition to the new item set, the games latest update is said to also make the following improvements.

  • [PC] Addressed an issue that resulted in crashes when entering Elysium with an RX 5700 (XT).

  • Addressed an issue that caused the “New Content” notification to pop-up regularly after claiming the Melaina mount.

  • Addressed an incorrect description for Legendary chest maps in the Spanish version of the game.

Stay tuned for more details as we get them on how to unlock the new Exio Roman set, but based on a further tweet by @AccessTheAnimus, we have another look at whats on offer.

"The new "Ezio's Roman Set" and "Milanese Sword" have appeared on the Ubisoft Club site as a free unlockable reward that can be earned "by participating in selected community activities"!
