ArsZeeqq to coach the newest NoPangolier roster
With about three weeks to go until the Dota Pro Circuit should be re-installed, NoPangolier is once again brought back to the Dota 2 scene by CIS players left without an organization through the troublesome times of 2020.
Former B8 member, Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk set in motion a plan for a new CIS stack that for now is without a sponsor, but will most likely fight for a spot in the upcoming CIS regional league, part of the DPC system. The new roster will play under the NoPangolier tag and will benefit from Arseniy “ArsZeeqq” Usov analytical mind as he joins them in the coach position.
Besides Ghostik, who last played for B8, the NoPangolier line-up also features former Cyber Legacy players Semion “CemaTheSlayer” Krivulya and Danil “Bignum” Shehovtsov, along with Iceberg’s twin brother, Yaroslav “Pikachu” Vasilenko, who last played for Team Unique in the EPIC League qualifiers. The roster has been already locked in on Valve’s official Majors and Minors registration page.
The NoPangolier team tag was created back in 2018 and the first line-up featuring both Ghostik and CemaTheSlayer managed to qualify for the Chongqing Major. Following the qualifier campaign, the team was renamed to The Pango.
NoPangolier current roster from position 1 to 5:
- Nikita “Palantimos” Grinkevich
- Yaroslav “Pikachu” Vasilenko
- Andrey “Ghostik Kadik
- Danil “Bignum” Shekhovtsov
- Semyon “CeMaTheSlayeR” Krivulya
- Coach: Arseny “ArsZeeqq” Usov
While there are no official details on the new DPC season, the start date is set for January 18, 2020, when theoretically all major six regions (Europe, Southeast Asia, China, North America, CIS and South America) should start the road to the first Major via a regional league system.
